Aurora
Aurora is the managing director of Survimar and brings to the table over 35 years experience working in HR and recruitment, specialising in offshore projects for the gas and oil industry, managing large HR teams, working globally. With a degree in Personnel Engineering from the University of Ploiesti, Aurora has worked on large scale projects for GSP who operate seven offshore drilling rigs, several multifunctional vessels, one Medevac vessel and two floating cranes.
Alexandra
Mentored by Aurora, Alexandra worked as a recruitment specialist at GSP, working on offshore projects for Black Sea Oil & Gas SRL and the Sochi gas pipeline which is part of the Program for Construction of Olympic Facilities and Development of Sochi as a Mountain-Climatic Resort.
Doinita
Dionita is heading up career consultancy for the team, with a solid experience in HR, psychology and career expertise as vocational counsellor for “Activities in Europe” – support for the employment of young and long-term unemployed on the European labour market Project. Dionita as a PhD in Clinical Psychology and is a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology of Andrei Saguna University.
Elena
Elena holds an MSc in Accounting and Audit and has experience in accounting and insurance brokerage. A pragmatic, solution focused approach has earned Elena the title of General Manager of Survimar.
